Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory

Admissions Process

In order to be considered for admission to Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory, a student must complete the following steps:

Request Information: Click here to fill out and submit an Inquiry Form.

  1. Application: Application and a $50 fee are required. Click here to fill out and submit your application.
  2. Academic records: for last two school years. Parents are responsible for requesting these records directly from the child's school, unless you are coming from a local Catholic School. Transfer students must provide an official transcript from their current high school.
  3. Other Information: Submit any other materials that you think would be helpful to the Admissions Committee in making our decision. Such materials can include but are not limited to: letters of recommendation, awards, commendations, standardized test results, and pictures illustrating your involvement in activities.
  4. 9th Grade Entrance examination: All incoming 9th graders are required to take this exam. Transfer students are not required to test, but instead must interview with the Admissions Director.
  5. Shadow Program: The Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory Shadow Program invites prospective students to experience a day as a "Lion". During a shadow visit,  students are paired with a shadow host based on interests, including class schedules and extracurricular activities. Visitors will have a chance to familiarize themselves with the Chaminade-Madonna family by spending a full school day on campus. Guests will be able to participate in classroom activities, eat lunch with the student body, and meet faculty and staff. We invite you to come and enjoy a day with us. We ask that you register one week before the date that you would like to shadow. Click here to register for the Shadow Program.

Applications will only be reviewed when the application, application fee, academic records, supporting documentation and entrance exam (for incoming 9th graders only) are received.
Once you begin the application process, please refer to the Checklist for the next steps to be completed.
